Why Should We Use Natural Insect Repellant?
For many people summertime is beaches, cookouts, and vacations. To others, it is bugs: mosquitoes, black flies, ticks, fleas, and so many more. We are often torn between the agony of being harassed and bitten by these tiny pests and the use of chemical-laden sprays which repel them. There are alternatives, however. Herbs and essential oils have been used for centuries to keep insects and vermin away from us. Ancient Romans and Greeks would strew scented herbs on their floors for this purpose. In India, Patchouli leaves were often used to deter moths and other insects when transporting textiles, imparting their distinct fragrance.

The population is getting older. The number of people more than 65 years of age is growing. Soon, the elderly population will be a significant part of the population. Boredom is certainly a problem for many elderly people. Many of the elderly look for a way to spend the endless hours that are now at their command. Consequently, it is vital that the elderly in care homes and living alone learn to use their mind and work their body daily in order to maintain health along with a strong mind. For most people with bipolar disorder, manic and hypomanic episodes usually have what are called “triggers.” These are types of events that will cause the onset of the episode. Black Seed Oil Is a Remedy for Every Disease
Black Seed is medically referred to as Nigella Sativa, the herd grows about 16-24 inches tall. From this will come a little rectangle-shaped Black coloured Seed which is also called the Blessed Seed (Arab: Habbat ul Baraka, or Habbat ul Sauda). The ancient Egyptians recognized and utilized the habba sawda and described it as being a remedy (cure for problems/disease). The Romans as well understood this seed and named it Greek Coriander. Recorded by the Greek doctor from the 1st century, Dioscoredes, being an ailment for overall health problems for example tooth pains, severe headaches and was primarily applied being a health supplement.
